Request for Proposals – eVan Customization and Upfitting
The Jefferson County Library District is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vehicle upfitters for the customization of the Library’s electric outreach vehicle (“eVan”). The project includes installation of custom shelving, flooring, a rear lift and rolling cart system, lighting, securement systems, an awning, and other interior and exterior modifications.
Proposal Deadline:
Sealed proposals must be received by 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, December 3, 2025.

Public Bid Opening:
Proposals will be opened immediately following the deadline at the same location. The opening is open to the public.
