Learn how to use MyChart to access your medical information online. Jefferson Healthcare professionals Rachel Barbieto and Cindy Koch will show you how to navigate MyChart, view test results & summaries, complete questionnaires, and message your care provider.
The one-hour class is followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session and time to practice what you've learned.
Rachel Barbieto is Jefferson Healthcare’s Director of Informatics and Analytics. She enjoys bridging the gap between technology and patient care. Rachel has experience implementing innovative solutions to enhance healthcare operations, streamline hospital workflows, and optimize patient care.
Cindy Koch, MSLS is the Director of Operations for Primary Care, Dental, and the Centralized Access Center at Jefferson Healthcare. She enjoys streamlining and standardizing processes to ensure patients have easy access to their care team for increased patient engagement and experience. Cindy has vast experience bringing teams together to problem-solve and create solutions.
