Join the Benji Project for an 8-week series on Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens. Explore ways to navigate life’s ups and downs through art, games, and reflection.
The class takes place on Wednesdays, beginning February 4th through April 1st, 2026. There is no class on February 18th.
