We are sorry to announce that our Bookmobile was in an accident, and it looks as if it will be declared a total loss. Most importantly, the employees involved are safe and unharmed. They’ve been checked on and are being supported. 

In the coming days, we’ll begin assessing next steps for outreach services and vehicle replacement. It’s too soon to know the full timeline, but we will keep you informed as plans develop.

Great Decisions, produced by the Foreign Policy Association (FPA), is America’s largest civic discussion program on world affairs. Each discussion will cover a topic of great importance to Americans, a short video will be shown, and a discussion of American policy will be facilitated. Attend the entire series of lectures or one lecture; no registration is required. The program series is co-sponsored by the Salish Unitarian Universalist Fellowship’s Adult Learning Program.

Tonight's discussion: With the “Brexit transition period” coming to an end this year, the United Kingdom will formally leave the European Union at the start of 2021. With negotiations between the two entities continuing to stall, what does the future of Europe and the UK look like? Will the UK survive a possible Scottish vote to leave? Who will step up and take command of Europe now that Angela Merkel is out of the spotlight?
