Important Message:

We are sorry to announce that our Bookmobile was in an accident, and it looks as if it will be declared a total loss. Most importantly, the employees involved are safe and unharmed. They’ve been checked on and are being supported.

In the coming days, we’ll begin assessing next steps for outreach services and vehicle replacement. It’s too soon to know the full timeline, but we will keep you informed as plans develop.

This is a big loss, but it’s one we will recover from together. Please join me in expressing appreciation and care for the Bookmobile team. We are so grateful that everyone is okay.

Program Description

Event Details

Bring the whole family to the Brinnon Community Center to celebrate the harvest with tamales and seasonal crafts. First, we’ll assemble delicious tamales to eat on-site or take home for dinner. While they steam (for about an hour) we’ll explore seasonal crafts including corn husk dolls, colorful paper flags, and more!

Co-sponsored by the Jefferson County Immigrant Rights Advocates (JCIRA)
