Important Message:

We are sorry to announce that our Bookmobile was in an accident, and it looks as if it will be declared a total loss. Most importantly, the employees involved are safe and unharmed. They’ve been checked on and are being supported. 

In the coming days, we’ll begin assessing next steps for outreach services and vehicle replacement. It’s too soon to know the full timeline, but we will keep you informed as plans develop.

This is a big loss, but it’s one we will recover from together. Please join me in expressing appreciation and care for the Bookmobile team. We are so grateful that everyone is okay.

Event Details

Use provided supplies to create your own habitat for a cryptid creature to hide in. Will you make it wild and wooded, a swampy shore, or a rural roadside? Scrounge your own material to personalize the kit contents which include; a container, soil, grass seeds, pebbles, charcoal, and plastic creature. Ages 12-18.

Registration required. Pick up your kit at the library or the Bookmobile between Thursday, July 21st, and Friday, July 29.
