Trustee Opportunity: Volunteer

Interviews will take place on Wednesday, April 8, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm
Are you passionate about libraries, leadership, and public service? The Library District is seeking a community member to serve as a volunteer trustee. Trustees serve five-year terms and meet monthly to discuss important library topics.
Enthusiasm for public libraries, knowledge of public finance and/or government, and a sense of collaboration and curiosity are desired.
Residents of the unincorporated area of Jefferson County are eligible to apply. The District strives to have representation from throughout the county.
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners appoints trustees. These are unpaid positions.
