Bringing the Library to You!
Jefferson County HomeLibrary Service is for county residents who are unable to visit the Library due to age, disability, or illness. Caregivers are also eligible.
Qualifications:
1. Temporarily bedridden, or recuperating from surgery or illness. (Eligibility is reassessed every three months.)
2. Homebound (Requiring special assistance with transportation, such as Para-Transit or Chore Service.)
3. Reside in a continuous-care facility.
4. Live in the unincorporated area (not within the Port Townsend city limits) of Jefferson County.
