Browser requirements for viewing the CLAN Library Catalog:
For Windows:
- Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later
- Netscape version 7.1 or later
- Mozilla version 1.2 or later
- Firefox version 1.0 or later
For Macintosh:
- Netscape version 7.1 or later
- Mozilla version 1.2 or later
- Firefox version 1.0 or later
How to Register for the CLAN Library Catalog:
The first time you login to the new CLAN Library Catalog, or place a hold, you will need to go
through the following screens to register as a new "Information Portal" user. Once you
have completed this registration process, you will only need your username and password
when you login to our online catalog.
Step 1: Go to the CLAN Library Catalog and select the Login button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click on register as a new Information Portal user.
Step 3: Click on the word HORIZON to highlight it, and then click on Next.
Step 4: Fill in the following form. Your username must be one word (for example: jsmith).
Your password must be a least four characters. Do not use spaces when typing in your barcode.
Step 5: When completed, click on Finish.
Step 6: Once you have registered you will see the confirmation below:
